Preparing And Dispatching Orders

Orders placed before 03:00 PM EDT are generally prepared for processing on the same business day. Orders require 1-3 business days for preparation and dispatch from Monday to Friday. After shipment, parcels are delivered within 7-9 business days depending on the destination area and courier operations. Shipping is provided free of charge for all orders delivered within the United States.

Customers receive an order confirmation email after checkout has been completed successfully. Once the shipment has been dispatched, a separate email containing tracking information will also be sent.

Delivery Delays

While Qore Store aims to deliver parcels within the estimated delivery window, delays may occasionally occur due to high shipping demand, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other situations outside our control. Before contacting support regarding a delayed shipment, we recommend allowing an additional three business days beyond the estimated delivery period.

Cancelling An Order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Qore Store as quickly as possible at support@qorestore.com. Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order enters fulfillment or shipping preparation. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible, although eligible items may still qualify for a return after delivery.

Wrong Or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an wrong item, please contact our support team promptly and include photos of the product, parcel packaging, and shipping label whenever possible. Qore Store will review the situation and provide further guidance regarding replacement options, refunds, or another appropriate solution.
