Return Overview

How To Request A Return

To request a return, please contact Qore Store within 30 days after delivery by emailing support@qorestore.com and including your order number in the message. Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and returned together with original packaging, tags, and any included accessories. Items showing signs of use or missing original components may not qualify for a refund.

Once the request has been reviewed, return instructions will be provided by email. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipment. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to help monitor the parcel while it is in transit.

Refund Handling

After the returned items arrive at our facility, they will be reviewed before the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method used during checkout and are generally completed within 7 days. Depending on your payment provider or bank, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.

Exchange Requests

If you would like to exchange an item for another size or product option, please contact support@qorestore.com with the details of the requested replacement. Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days from delivery, and returned items must remain in unused condition with original packaging and tags included.

Cancelling An Order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Qore Store as quickly as possible at support@qorestore.com. Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order enters fulfillment or shipping preparation. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible, although eligible items may still qualify for a return after delivery.

Wrong Or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an wrong item, please contact our support team promptly and include photos of the product, parcel packaging, and shipping label whenever possible. Qore Store will review the situation and provide further guidance regarding replacement options, refunds, or another appropriate solution.
